many different applications throughout the web site building
process. They include Macromedia products such as Flash and
Fireworks. We use Adobe, Microsoft and many more vendor products for
web site design.
We have created the Cost Calculator as a means by which
you can receive a real time estimate. The days are long gone where
£10,000 was deemed a reasonable amount to be quoted for the design
of a small business Web site.
Quality of design is paramount if people are to stay
on your web site. How many times have you left a site due to slow
loading, too much text, difficult navigation and worst of all not
finding what you visited the site for in the first instance? FyneWeb
considers all such issues at design time.
Over the past four years we have realised that the ideal size
of a small business web site is 8 - 10 pages. This number of pages should
allow you to sell your business successfully on line. Pages are
usually no more than twice the viewable screen at 800 x 600. Too
long a page is deemed by many as boring.
The fact that you are still here reading this page
proves that you have found it interesting enough to
continue, so we have managed to hold your interest and have
therefore succeeded in what we set out to do by the careful presentation of
information. This should be true of all web sites,
but sadly is not.
